Summary/Abstract: Akhism, as an effective understanding of the Ottoman Empire, draws attention with its important effects in the regulation of social and economic relations. Akhism, which has an important place in the cultural structure, approaches people as a whole, from education to professional ethics. Therefore, it is a professional organization that also shapes the social structure. It can be said that in the understanding of Akhism, institutionalization is strengthened by moral principles. In this respect, it contains features that modern organizations can also benefit from. In this study, it is hoped to contribute to the literature with a view to the understanding of Akhism in terms of professional ethics, group effect, conformity behavior, group belonging, and leadership styles.
