Summary/Abstract: The main cognitive aim of the study is to conduct a problem analysis of Włodzimierz Bączkowski’s political thought. On a concrete level, in relation to the main subject of the publication, the author focused on the concept of a regional security system promoted by the editor of the Biuletyn Polsko-Ukraiński (Polish-Ukrainian Bulletin) and the geopolitical conditions of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation extracted from the political programme of the Promethean movement.
