Summary/Abstract: The book presents aspects related to one of the most important institutions of the Romanian state, the institution of the President of Romania whichin the last 30 years has experienced a constant evolution towards its consolidation as a strong democratic institution. the Constitutional Court has also contributed to this evolution through a series of decisions it has handed down clarifying some constitutional rules or settling some inter-institutional disputes.
