Summary/Abstract: This study analyses the evolution of Government ordinances issued on the basis of a special enabling law, ordinances issued under the institution provided for in Article 115 of the Constitution, republished, called „Legislative Delegation”. The analysis of Government ordinances has been carried out from the first of these, issued in 1992, to the present.
