Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of participation of the Russian Federation in the European international organizations (OSCE, CBSS, and BSEC), its goals and the efficiency of use of multilateral platforms for the Russian international agenda. It considers the level of correspondence of Russian goals with the basic goals of the given international organizations and the influence of the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine on the policy within the organizations.
