Summary/Abstract: Whichever turn of phrase one picks doesn’t really matter: what is important is to recognize that women are under-represented in many walks of life: as leaders, as negotiators, as politicians, as CEOs, as parliamentarians - just to mention a few of the occupations where we have far less than the 50% share of the population. Just few women occupy the prestigious “corner office” from where power emanates.
