Summary/Abstract: Taking into account the current criminal law legislation, which prohibits drug consumption, but does not provide a sanction for this type of behaviour, the present article analyses the basis behind this specific legislative technique. setting some benchmarks for attracting criminal liability, by reference to the practice of the courts and the rules in effect.
