Summary/Abstract: Manjola Brahaj has created a world so absolutely separated, such a clear distinct artistic identity. She manages to differ from every other poet, not only of her generation but of her predecessor too. Her verse cannot be mistaken for any other poet with this collection. Her poems are satiated with a "surrealist hunger": the images swell, the mirage fly and tears through the tremble curtain of the transcendental realities to be thrust like a hot spear in the heart of the torturous mystery.
