Summary/Abstract: This paper addresses mainly two issues, namely the sistematization of the homicide offences and the definition of the offence of murder. Regarding the first issue, we underline the fact that the dispersion of offences against life is not justifiable. Regarding the second issue, we underline the fact that the definition for the offence of murder is not compliant with the exigencies of the principle of legality.
