Summary/Abstract: The authors aim at making a detailed presentation of the most typical cultural dimensions defined by two of the greatest scholars on the issue, Trompenaars and Hofstede, as well as their adaptation to two different countries with a completely different background and geo-political position: Brazil and Hungary. The analysis tries to draw conclusions worth taking into consideration in business life, as well as in general individual and collective activities in the two countries.
