Summary/Abstract: According to the tripartite division of state power - public administration, as the executive state power, apart from the legislative and judiciary, forms the structure of the state apparatus responsible for the implementation of the internal function of the state responsible for the safety of its inhabitants. It can be assumed as a universally applicable fact that every police force around the world has the same types of services, i.e. the criminal police, preventive police and police support in organizational, logistic and technical terms. In order to be able to properly cooperate on the international arena, you need to get to know your partner properly in terms of organization, personal and emotional aspects.
