Summary/Abstract: Comparative advertising based on comparison two or more products, found its place in Slovak legal order less than five years ago. Meanwhile, it was considered unacceptable. Essential part of this type of advertisement are conditions of admissibility contain criteria of objective comparison of features of various goods and services. The paper deals with their transposition in legal system, forms and methods control of their observance.
