Summary/Abstract: Digitization of the profession, the adoption of working tools based on new technologies in the activity of notary offices and the active participation of notaries in the compliance of digital law - are projects being implemented in the activity of Romanian notaries. The Romanian notary fully finances, from its own sources and with notable costs, the assimilation of new technologies, assuming responsibly inherent risks of a financial nature, risks related to the security of telematic networks, risks of an institutional nature, conjunctural risks.
