Summary/Abstract: The use of Artificial Intelligence in the justice system can be beneficial or destructive at the same time. It depends on how you approach it. It is clear that AI benefits us primarily in terms of efficiency, regardless of cost or working time. But the legal, ethical and deontological risks are very high as long as the systems are not transparent and we do not have a minimum digital culture when we expose ourselves to algorithms. As a result of the lawyers' experience so far, the effects of AI have violated fundamental rights, but also procedural rights from two perspectives: that of the lawyer's active role in the justice system and that of the lawyer as a provider of legal services to consumers.
