Summary/Abstract: The emergence of the new Code of Criminal Procedure was eagerly expected by specialists and practitioners, but putting it in practice in practice created great problems. As such, the Criminal Procedure Code is clipped with decisions of the Constitutional Court or appeals in the interest of the law.
