Summary/Abstract: In 2022 we enter the 21st year of publication of the New Series of the Judicial Courier and we continue to offer lawyers up-to-date information in all areas of law, studies and comments on judicial practice, case law summaries and relevant legislative developments. Over time, we have enjoyed the collaboration of valuable specialists, the journal thus establishing itself as one of the main specialized publications in the legal field in Romania, constantly following the imperative assumed: orientation towards applied law. After 16 years of activity as the coordinating editor of this legal magazine, the time has come for an evaluation, but especially for an impulse for this journal to continue to fight to achieve its purpose for which it was created - to be a permanent and substantial source of information for the Romanian legal field.
