The combination of qualitative assessment of the motivation of service recipients and quantitative data indicating the level of electronic readiness of the region allowed to establish the effectiveness of its digital transformation. The implementation of the prepared recommendations will help increase the efficiency of digital services and will contribute to the digital transformation of public administration in Ukraine.
