Summary/Abstract: Frequently, the act of administering justice comes in conflict with the resistance of the criminal elements or of the different persons who have an interest in ensuring hindering criminal liability of the former. The Criminal Code of Romania regulates a series of crimes against the administration of justice that tend to ensure the desideratum of the criminal process and lead to the involvement of criminal liability of persons who commit crimes.
