Summary/Abstract: The pandemic disrupted almost the entire economy, but did it affect the real estate market? Restrictions on meetings, reduced mobility, and the closure of public offices have caused disruptions in the handling of issues, including real estate deals. Did these difficulties cause a drastic drop in transactions or the opposite? According to the author, the pandemic has not closed down the functioning of real estate services, it has only slightly reduced them.
