Information has accompanied people from the very beginning of the world. Without the ability to communicate, man would not be able to create a community or influence the development of civilization. The first information was expressed as speech, then as symbols. Along with the development of modern technologies, there has been another revolution that allows easy and quick transmission of information over long distances. This situation led to the possibility of unlawful obtaining of such information. Currently, the most popular communication medium is the Internet. The global network has led to an unimaginable development in the transmission of information across virtually the entire world. With the rise of the Internet and the sharing of news, there has been an increase in the illegal obtaining of information in the form of breaking and bypassing security. After an in-depth analysis, the conclusion is that users, unfortunately, to a large extent, unlawfully obtain information on social networks, websites or interfere with system security due to the lack of legal regulations in this area.
