The method of evaluation of methodological rationality of managers

Summary/Abstract: The method of evaluation of methodological rationality of managers, which is presented in this paper, is based on eleven factors of making managerial strategic decision (which are decision making model R). This model can be used to evaluate the rationality of decision makers at the top and middle level of management. It was used to the research of 184 managers from 140 private companies, from Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
