Summary/Abstract: Financial exclusion affects many people and is caused by various factors including: income, level of knowledge, place of residence, age, property status, etc. The increase in access to new technologies (internet, mobile phones) raises the question: will it reduce financial exclusion and eliminate it? It is also a comparison of the scale of the phenomenon of financial exclusion in Poland and worldwide.
