Summary/Abstract: This article aims to show an overall way how to create business model, because the proper construction of the business model, its understanding, implementation and improvement is crucial to the success of the company. However, the development of business model is not simple, because there are many constructing elements. The necessity of its creation is beyond doubt. It is developed either by entrepreneurs who create new companies and Managing Directors, entrusted with changing the existing business model to fit the company in the future.
