Assessment of benefits of synergy effect in organization activity

Summary/Abstract: The paper considers the problem of assessing the impact of synergy on the activities of organizations. For this assessment it is proposed to use both qualitative and quantitative indicators which should be considered simultaneously. Methodology of quantitative and qualitative indicators to assess the synergetic potential has been presented Implemented calculation includes synergetic effect using present value of future cash flows.
