Summary/Abstract: The COVID 19 crisis highlighted the importance of digitalisation in the functioning of the public justice service and in the enforcement of court decisions. After the isolation period, it is necessary to restore the normal functioning of justice and enforcement: as it is still very difficult to schedule hearings in the presence of parties and lawyers and to establish enforcement proceedings with bailiffs physically moving to debtors' homes, digitization procedures become a necessity. All the member states of the Council of Europe and the European Union face the same difficulties, but do not have the same information tools, which explains their different developments. What progress has digitalization made in the administration of justice and in the enforcement of judgments?
