The ethical challenges facing the European Union using the artificial intelligence

Summary/Abstract: The present article examines some aspects in application of the artificial intelligence and the related to it ethical challenges facing the European Union. The essence of the artificial intelligence is examined – definition and concepts of its application, as well as the European legal framework in the definition of the concept. The focus is put on the ethical challenges in the legal regulation of the artificial intelligence. In conclusion, based on the analysis summaries are formulated and proposals are made.
