Restructuring and opportunities to improve the condition of companies

Summary/Abstract: Companies are restructuring for a variety of reasons, such as improving efficiency, optimizing costs, increasing productivity, and better coping with rapid business growth. However, restructuring is also necessary in cases where companies are in a difficult situation or, even more seriously, when they are close to bankruptcy. The scientific purpose of the article is to clarify what is the restructuring of the company from an economic point of view and to identify possible actions to improve the situation of troubled companies. Specific solutions have been proposed in connection with the restructuring of companies and the improvement of their activity, which would be useful both from a scientific point of view and for the real business. Various research methods and approaches have been used in the article, including the methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as systematic, complex and interdisciplinary approaches.
