Summary/Abstract: In this paper the author summarizes the binding decisions of the High Court of Cassation and Justice on various legal topics relevant to the field of cybercrime. Knowing these decisions is important because they clarify various issues such as the correct interpretation of illegal access to information systems, the relevance of computer forgery in the context of creating a fake account or the relationship between computer fraud and traditional fraud. Furthermore, the author offers a few brief remarks in order to further clarify certain legal issues or to emphasize the effects of these binding rulings in regard to similar circumstances.
