Aspects of education in the context of adaptation

Summary/Abstract: The starting point for the study are aspects based on the legislative and conceptual framework related to the education of pupils who are introduced to Czech as a second language in their first year. The first part of the thesis focuses on the differentiation of concepts and the concretization of the environment in the context of legislative and conceptual documentation. The source for the second part of the thesis is the specific legislative measures related to the initiation of the process of education in the secondary school environment. The aim of the study is to find out whether there is a legislative aspect affecting the initiation of the process of education of pupils introduced to Czech as a second language in their first year.
