Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The aim of this study is to examine the effects of effective diversity management on employee productivity. Method – In this study, the "relational screening" method was used for the analysis of cause and effect relationships. The questionnaire, which was determined as the data collection tool of the research; The first part included questions about demographic information, the second part included the "Diversity Management Scale" and the third part included the "Employee Productivity Scale". Reliability, frequency, difference, correlation and regression analyzes were performed with the SPSS statistical program, using the data obtained through the scales whose reliability had been proven before. The universe of the study; A total of 452 employees working in 5- and 4-star thermal hotels operating in Ankara's Kızılcahamam and Haymana Districts have formed. Results - As a result of regression analysis; It has been determined that diversity management practices at the individual level have a negative effect on employee productivity. In other words, as a result of 1 unit increase in diversity management practices at the individual level; employee productivity decreases by 0.121 units. In other words, it has been concluded that individual-level practices have a negative 12.1% effect on employee productivity. Discussion – Purpose of diversity management; It is to maximize all the talents of all employees in a way that can contribute to the goals of the enterprises and to enable them to reach their potential (Keil, et al., 2007: 6). Therefore, it is of vital importance to manage differences in the most effective way in order to create synergy among working individuals, reduce cost levels to a minimum, increase service and product quality, ensure employee productivity, and gain competitive advantage. It is thought that doing this can provide significant benefits to businesses.
