Summary/Abstract: In the event that the Romanian courts, through delegated judges, must enforce a pecuniary sanction having the legal nature of a criminal fine, applied to an individual who does not voluntarily execute the sanction, but in which case the issuing State prohibits the possibility of enforcement by alternative content, they will apply the legal regime specific to the forced execution in kind of pecuniary sanctions, with the help of the fiscal bodies, justified by principles such as the rule of EU law and conforming interpretation, principles crystallized in EU Court of Justice case law.
