Summary/Abstract: According to two competitive disciplines in karate, there is necessary to use the specific type of a training load. One of the most complex training load is agility. To develop the special karate agility test for kumite, we need to know the content of kumite elements. The paper presents the innovative karate agility test for kumite, which has 10 exercises that participants go through to complete it. The track of this agility test is designed for cadet´s, junior´s and senior´s kumite categories.
