Summary/Abstract: The development of modern technologies, primarily digital, makes it possible to improve the functionality of cities. The term "smart city" refers to a city that uses innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and interoperability of urban infrastructure: urban transport, energy services, water supply networks, etc. An important element of the smart city concept is also stimulating social involvement aimed at increasing the quality of life of all residents and sustainable development of the city.
