Summary/Abstract: The transition periods that the states undergo lead to a continuous change in the legislative framework to reach the threshold to which it aims, that of a "healthy" society. Fighting tax evasion through concrete measures and legislative packages must be taken into account, from both the point of view of on one hand taxpayers and the state and on the other hand at national and European level and even global.
