New challenges for social workers employed in the Social Services Center

Summary/Abstract: This short study is only a signal of the benefits and challenges faced by a social worker employed in the Social Services Center. It indicates the areas in which the social worker hasthe opportunity to develop and broaden his horizons. It shows the possible roles of a socialworker in the new space of social policy. Observation and research will allow the benefits andchallenges to be verified in terms of the actual functions of the SSC, and thus the social workerat the SSC.
