Summary/Abstract: Widespread in recent years, the concept of “smart city” is becoming increasingly popular as it is assimilated into a long-term strategy to ensure a sustainable livelihood in line with the current needs of people. The aim of creating such cities would be to make intelligent use of resources to improve the quality of life and streamline urban services, thus meeting the needs of present and future generations economically, socially, and environmentally in the context of climate change and overcrowding.
