Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational agility in the context of retail employees. . For this purpose, data were collected from 407 individuals using a convenient sampling method. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there is a positive relationship between transformational leadership behavior and organizational agility. During the literature review, it was found that there are studies on the concept of leadership, while the studies on organizational agility are quite limited. In this context, agile approach required by the organizations in the ever-changing business world, it is believed that transformational leadership characteristics can help these organizations and this study will contribute to the literature. In this context, it is believed that this study, which also provides suggestions on how to structure processes, can contribute to the organizations that are planning to transition to an agile structure.
