Summary/Abstract: The purpose is to examine the effects of talent management practices in enterprises on the career satisfaction of employees, to make suggestions and contribute to the academic literature and businesses in this field. The subject of this study is the talent management practices in enterprises in Turkey. When the literature is examined, intensive studies on talent management have been started in the world since 2000. It has been determined that there are theoretical studies on talent management in our country. In addition, there are research studies on talent management in educational institutions and universities. However, since there is no study on the effect of talent management on career satisfaction, our study is also intended to contribute to the national and international literature.
