THE STRESS ANALYSIS OF EFFECT OF STRUCTURE OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY

Summary/Abstract: The most current problem of our time is the daily stress that people experience. Stress occurs at home, in the street, at work, and in many other situations. Our study is focused on the study of stress at the workplace of employees. Employees spend most of their time at work, where they face stressful situations. Although people work for a variety of reasons, the most important goal is to earn a living and a better quality of life. People who work for individuals and organizations are subject to fatigue. Employees contribute to the development of the organization, in order to have more success and income. Therefore, they need to work qualitatively and productively for both, the organization and themselves. Due to the intensity of work, stress inevitably occurs due to employee fatigue.
