Summary/Abstract: In this paper we will analyze how to translate medical terms in the field of sports from German into Romanian. It is not at all easy for the specialized terms in this field to be translated correctly. That is why it is imperative that the translator is well acquainted with this terminology and the profession to which it refers. It would be desirable for both a doctor and a good sports expert to be involved in the translation process.
