Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the practice of placing sacred images in churches. The first part presents the view of the Church towards the cult of sacred images. The second part shows the necessity and purpose of placing sacred images in churches, while the third part is devoted to the rules of placing sacred images in churches.
