Summary/Abstract: The use of marketing communication tools in a particular territory is essential and expected from the point of view of the population. Communication within individual countries and thus territories at the pandemic towards their inhabitants is getting a new dimension. Residents are increasingly looking for information in the online space to help them find their way in the current measures ordered by the government. This paper deals with the importance of using communication tools in the operation of the territories, especially during the pandemic. It also presents and compares various tools of the communication mix used by Slovakia and other selected foreign countries towards their inhabitants during the pandemic.
