Compilation of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian Bibliography of Serial Publications in the COBISS.BH System

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is a review Bosnian-Herzegovinian bibliography of serial publications compiling which is being published since 1977 by National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina. During its forthcoming, it changed the title, which influenced the changing of ISSN number. The continuity of publishing of bibliography was interrupted and the continuation of its current publishing initiated the need of giving an overview, significance and role of serial publications in development of BH society. The paper mostly deals with Bosnian-Herzegovinian bibliography of serial publications for 2003, which is the first bibliography if serial publications compiling within Ci-operative Online Bibliographic System and Services of Bosnia and Herzegovina (COBISS.BH), within initial sub-base for database design of serial publications (BIBSER). It included digitization, legal deposit of serial publications, copyright (author’s right) and related rights.
