Summary/Abstract: Benzene and toluene and their chlorine and bromine monohalo derivatives - according to the literature, are well studied, in toxicology technical plan, connections, for them hygienic regulations both in the air of the working area and in atmospheric air the spirit of populated areas and in the water of reservoirs. However, the data on the current the toxicity and dangers of iodobesole and m-iodotoluene are extremely limited and relate to mainly their acute toxicity Since the ancestor of the series is benzene, and bromobenzene and m-bromotoluene by physical and chemical properties and parameters of acute toxicity close to iodobenzene m-iodotoluene, it seems appropriate analyze their biological activity.
