Summary/Abstract: It is well established that organizational knowledge is essential for competitive success. The strategic value of organizational knowledge is embedded in individual know-how, actions and experiences and collective expertise. This suggests that efficient management of the most efficient workers/talents is needed to improve organizational performance and competitiveness. Regardless of the views of organizational knowledge or community knowledge, tacit knowledge (the most influential cognitive aspect of knowledge) is embedded in a person's mind, being a knowledge or labeled as talent.
