Summary/Abstract: Digital transformation is a fact that has an impact on innovation in all sectors of the economy. Digital technologies provide opportunities for process automation, interconnection of distribution channels and improving interactions with the end customer. The use of IT in the field of insurance increases the ability of professionals to manage their assets.
