Summary/Abstract: The integration of financial markets and financial globalization are increasingly being discussed in the community of experts in the field of international economic and financial relations. This is mainly due to those changes of major importance that have taken place in the world economy in recent decades, which cannot be overlooked. The studies in this domain have not yet established a robust link between openness to the international capital market and economic growth or risks. In this paper we try to analyse the impact of international financial market to national economy of Republic of Moldova.
