Summary/Abstract: As a result of the multiple laws and Government Decisions approved during 2020 with effect since January 1st, 2021, completions/modifications/cancellations of certain legal provisions were performed, which directly affect the fields: entrepreneurship, accounting, taxation. A summary of these will be further described.
