Summary/Abstract: The article presents the current situation and employment problems of people with disabilities on the labor market in the Republic of Moldova, analyzing quantitative and qualitative indicators, the legislative basis on employment, proposed measures from international experience. Social protection in the field of employment of people with disabilities involves active cooperation by state institutions by promoting inclusive and non-discriminatory policies for this category of people.
