Summary/Abstract: This article comes to show the ways of implementing the reform of the judiciary system of the Republic of Moldova, namely in terms of implementing the judicial informational system. The technical concept of the Judicial Information System was approved by the Government Decision no. 593 of 24-07-2017. The direct purpose of the article is to expose and analyze the technical parameters and basic principles underlying the functioning of the judicial informational system.
